Fire Extinguisher Training
There are five different classes of fire, each identified by a letter; these are A, B, C, D, and F.
Course Description
Fire Extinguishers should only be used when it’s safe to tackle a fire, the rule to follow is one fire one extinguisher – if it looks like it’ll take more than one extinguisher to put out the fire, it’s too big to tackle and the workplace should be evacuated.
This course will educate learners on the different classes of fires, the type of extinguisher you should use for each fire and the technique to use for all of them, including fire blankets.
Target Audience
This online fire extinguisher training course helps learners recognise the different types of fire extinguishers, know which should be used for different types of fires, and how they should use each type. This course is RoSPA approved and gives your staff the right tools to be able to control a small fire using a fire extinguisher.
