This Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Training builds on and includes our Food Safety & Hygiene Level 1 training.
This Level 2 online training course is aimed at anyone that regularly handles food – whether its during production, preparation or sale. This course will build on the information provided in the Level 1 training to provide users with a more in depth understanding of the topics covered. For those who are required to consistently handle food, they will learn about the procedures and policies that need to be put in place to ensure safety & hygiene practises. They will also learn more about the legislation surrounding food safety.
Our food hygiene level 2 online course provides an in-depth understanding of food hygiene regulations; food safety hazards (and avoiding food poisoning); personal hygiene; cleanliness; food storage and temperatures and cross-contamination hazards with food.
